It’s frankly embarrassing, and an indictment of those that lead us, that gas prices in Canada have spiked to over $2 per litre because of a conflict on the other side of the world.

We have, right here in Canada, the fourth largest oil reserves on the planet.

Pipelines should have been built 10 years ago. Refineries should have been built 10 years ago.

We should have an energy policy that puts Canada, and Canadians, first.

This is ridiculous.

I mean, I'm just curious, but when did it become inauthentic in squishy evangelical-land to be a born again Christian?"

@ronmortgageguy I agree with you here… but what’s your proposed solution? TRESA addressed this with adding open offer process option for sellers to allow for transparency… but I’ve yet to see a single seller use this… blind bidding and list low gets the house action, offers, best terms.
