Today was a brutal reminder of how fragile life is - especially in the mountains. I witnessed a major avalanche while on one of the first chairs up KT-22 this morning. Multiple people were buried and several were screaming as all of GS bowl slid from top to bottom. My buddy and I went to help as much as we could but we didn’t have enough probes so everyone was trading off with the sticks we did have. My condolences to the family of the snowboarder who passed away. This was a shocking and terrifying experience. Ski safe.
