Obviously extremely shady practices @Europcar_Ire , like why that rim has never been fixed but you still charged me, and being told "I don't know I'm just doing my job" when asking any questions on how they know that one was me specifically. I did record a video on pickup 2/2

Don't ever rent from @Europcar_Ire. Charged me $250 CAD for a rim scratch I supposedly did (I didn't). There were numerous ones marked on the damage report (no count, just "scratches greater than 2.54cm") then their care team sent me to a non-existent email address. 1/2
