🚨 Goodbye Video editing
Someone just built a free video editing tool for Claude Code... and it’s wild.
You literally drop your raw footage + assets into a folder.
That’s it.
It takes care of everything:
- Cuts the clips
- Removes filler words
- Adds subtitles
- Applies color grading and filters
- Handles animations
- Renders the final video
No timeline. No manual editing. No back and forth.
Honestly, this goes beyond tools like Remotion.
It doesn’t just help you build videos… it does the editing for you.
The project is open-source on GitHub.
It’s called Video Use.
RIP Higgsfield AI.
Someone just open-sourced a full AI cinema and image studio with 200+ models.
Lip sync. Text-to-video. Cinema controls. All self-hosted.
5.5K stars. MIT License.

🚨 BREAKING: ElevenLabs just lost its moat.
Mistral just dropped Voxtral. It is 4b parameters, runs on 3gb of ram, and it clones any voice from just a 3-second clip.
- 68.4% win rate against Elevenlabs Flash v2.5 in human preference tests.
- 70ms latency (same as flash v2.5 but with higher quality).
- Zero-shot multilingual cloning across 9 languages (English, Hindi, French, Arabic, etc..).
- Matches Elevenlabs v3 on emotional expression and "vocal fillers" (the ums and ahs that make it sound human).
Mistral’s strategic move here is genius: enterprises don't want to rent a voice.. they want to own it.
With open weights on hugging face, you can now run production-grade voice agents on your own infrastructure.
no data leaves your server. no api lock-in. no monthly subscription for "premium" voices.
Elevenlabs built a $1b+ valuation on being the only option for high-end voice AI. Today, that ends. it’s officially an open-source world.
One caveat: The 68.4% win rate was against flash v2.5. Elevenlabs v3 is a closer match on quality, but mistral just made it free to run locally.
🚨JUST IN : Sam Altman Ceo Open Ai Says :
"People talk about how much energy it takes to train an AI model.”
“But it also takes a lot of energy to train a human. It takes 20 years of life and all of the food you eat during that time before you get smart.”
Nothing humbles you like telling your OpenClaw “confirm before acting” and watching it speedrun deleting your inbox. I couldn’t stop it from my phone. I had to RUN to my Mac mini like I was defusing a bomb.
If you have a specific vision in mind - classical 3d to exert control, and generative ai to take it all the way continues to be an unbeatable combination
@MatthewBerman@WesRoth Fair. I was being hyperbolic, but according to @WesRoth, there are some very concerning aspects:
Sleeper agents on user computers, bots escaping safe Docker containers to install on the user's system, 1.5 million API keys being leaked, and malware infection in top Claw Hub skills
We live in the age… where my 2 adult sons have "dropped" out of college, launched their own language app by vibe coding—all self-taught. I watch them work late into the night, doing things that I barely understand.
It's a good time to be alive.
Got Clawdbot installed on my Macbook.
Next, will give it SSH access into my DGX Spark so it can power itself using local models.
What a time to be alive.
