@RBI why aren't we doing anything about malpractice by banks around making it super-hard for credit card cancellation. You can apply for one with just few taps, but for cancelling they all have very lengthy process and in fact @MyIndusIndBank doesn't even have that option in IVR

@agodaindia @agoda @FabHotels I made a booking through Agoda at cheaper price due to #Agoda20thbirthdaysale, but when I reached the hotel, they refused my stay at 11:30pm at night. I got stranded at night and you offered me Cancellation "free of charge" instead of alternatives.

@departmetn @timesofindia @TimesNow @livemint It's a scam they're doing, has happened in past as well. They'll lower the price online and once the customer reach there, they'll refuse to let them stay and charge more. People get stranded and pay the charge. But not this time
