Bitcoin adoption ~3%. To reach 5% and unlock real growth, we need frictionless, free UX.
Lime helps projects onboard users via #ENS with simple human-readable identities — no complex wallets or addresses.
#UX isn’t optional. It’s the growth engine.

Lime ENS is built to make ENS names and subnames easier to use for everyone—clear identity, fewer address mistakes, and gasless offchain flows where it fits—so Ethereum stays both safer and more user-friendly.

Eligibility in Lime ENS lets owners of #ENS names control who can register ENS subnames.
Instead of open signup, you can gate registrations using your own rules: staking, allowlists, quests, or campaigns.
Your backend returns a yes/no — Lime handles ENS subname issuance #Ethereum
Test your eligibility endpoint directly in the app or via:

We analyzed #ENS support across popular crypto wallets. Results were surprising: only 3 out of 12 tested wallets provide full ENS resolution support.
Many still don’t support DNS names (like https://t.co/L5SYMSOILn) or modern ENS features.

Example policies: a #wallet could issue a name only if the user holds a minimum balance, or an #L2 could require staking, deposits into the network, or verified L1 → L2 activity. This lets projects prevent squatting while keeping distribution flexible.

For companies that want to distribute #ENS names to their users (similar to how Base distributes subnames in its wallet), Lime supports external verification through an API. Our registrar can call a project’s backend to check whether a user is eligible to receive a name.
@Jkeey_007 @Jkeey_007 Yes — this is definitely a long-term project.
Right now we’re focused on building around ENS and improving the product.
But if there’s enough interest, we’ll likely open a Telegram or community channel soon
@Web3king02 3/3 Another key goal is efficient ENS record management via offchain resolvers (CCIP-Read).
Just like we manage log01.eth and https://t.co/L5SYMSOILn, users can manage any ENS name they own through Lime — update records and create subnames without transferring ownership.
Many crypto wallets still don’t support ENS DNS records.
To help users experiment with #ENS names, we made names under log01.eth free.
Claim any name you like:
- first.log01.eth
- wallet.log01.eth

@Web3king02 2/3 A bit more context:
Our goal is to give access to #ENS for everyone, including users who can’t afford to buy their own ENS name yet.
The name a user receives is fully controlled by them, and they can even issue unlimited subnames under it.
Example: test.wallet.log01.eth
@ValidatorEth@eggs_eth@nicksdjohnson The real value of ENS domains isn’t only short names.
Any ENS name — including subnames — improves crypto security.
Human-readable addresses help protect users from clipboard malware and look-alike address attacks.
That’s why Lime provides free ENS subdomains for users.
@Rabby_io For many users to switch from MetaMask, full ENS support is essential.
Does Rabby plan to full support ENS(not only *.eth, but DNS domains like https://t.co/L5SYMSOILn via ENS records)?

ENS domains are becoming critical for Web3 identity and safer transactions. Yet many wallets still lack proper support for DNS names and Offchain / L2 resolvers.
@keplrwallet@TrustWallet@phantom@Ledger@Rabby_io — maybe it’s time to support ENS more fully?
