@GiantFoodStores - what's up with your site/app today? I tried a pickup order w/new customer code - it wouldn't load. Your CS said they would credit my account. THEN I couldn't login anymore. CS said they fixed it. THEN when I logged in, my cart was emptied. NOW I can't log in.

@RokuSupport I am midway through creating an account but it's not accepting any payment method (CC or Paypal). I can't start over (says my email is already in use) but I also cannot login (says my account isn't setup yet). Please advise - can't use the product at all currently.

@MBTA south station SL1 1120 just pulled up then closed the doors on someone walking on, told him to step out then drove up the lane and forced a traffic jam of people running forward to get on the bus. This was over 100 people waiting 10 minutes for a bus. Do better please.
