@virginmedia hi can you help pls. I changed my plan last month. This has not been actioned - bill is £82 not what I signed up to.Told on the phone x2 the mistake will be rectified and a credit applied. X2 I’ve asked for that in writing and a manager to call. Zero. Nothing.
