@matt_lardie State Bird Provisions in San Francisco hands down. One of the best meals ever and we go back every time we’re there. Also Garde Manger in Montreal is a top 5 best meal. A bowl of assam laksa at Air Itam in Penang Malaysia is right up there, too.
