@Hostinger not a good start for a new signup! Took payment twice from bank and in accounts say 3 invoices. But no service added. No live chat, no way to contact - Help!

@GoDaddyHelp I am appalled at the dreadful support provided regarding a domain I renewed with Godaddy last week. Seems to have been instantly lost! The excuses vary from a database error to blaming Nominet (no it is not their problem)

@GoDaddyHelp Excuses for “losing” a domain have varied to oh yes we had that with a lot of .co.uk domains but we didn’t know what they were so we just waited for people to call to saying that it wasn’t their problem. Funny all the many excuses I have been given each time I call

@GoDaddyHelp what are the chances that the domain I renewed last week for my client and Godaddy lost will ever be working again? After many phone calls since Friday it is appearing more likely that godaddy have lost the domain and don’t know what to do. #incompetent #liars
