Presets are saved alongside the project in a hidden file, that's why when you create a new project (in another folder) the presets are gone.
We can definitely look into having a global option.
This proxy filters is something we can implement, I'll add that to our list.

@ramsoong It’s possible to export to srt if they used mogrts created in After Effects. If they used mogrts created in Premiere Pro then unfortunately not. Feel free to reach out to us directly if you want to dig deeper in your use case.
