https://t.co/6XDOFEqFrJ is a marketplace. They could fine or delist hotels.
Instead, they protect partner, not traveller

Instead:
– They offered me $20 “compensation”
– Deleted my reviews (as I requested)
– And told me: *go to the police*

So much for “customer protection.”

I asked the hotel to return the money.
Their reply?
– Asking *me* for “evidence”
– Offering to “represent me” with police
– Warning me about defamation

I stayed 2 months at Tetris Hotel (Ao Nang, Krabi).
On my last day, $600 cash disappeared from my locked room.
Only 1 banknote was left — someone deliberately searched my bag.

Me & my child then had to survive 4 days in Bangkok with no money.
