Is there anyone else that was affected by the @easyJet technical issues with the baggage belt at Luton. Airport 7/7/25 that has their refund/claim refused ? Advised by easyJet staff at the airport to rebook and claim but this has been rejected …

@AmazonUK 2nd delivery arrived with just the address label stuck to the product box. Was purchased as a gift that I can’t give now as the box will be ruined when the label peeled off. Why are you sending out thing with no outer packaging ?

@AmazonHelp It’s not a case of reducing packaging, it would have been nice to have some packaging at all, not shipped in the box it comes in. This cannot now be given as the gift it was intended for
