hey @SurestHealth and @UHC just found out the supervisor I talked to two weeks ago lied to my face, charted inaccurately and did not follow up like she promised. This is unacceptable.

@OptumRx Why so I can be told "a case has been submitted" and never have a resolution or follow-up? No thanks. If I'm going to talk to someone it's going to be resolved.
I've yet to see status of prior authorizations on @OptumRx's website since my plan swapped to UHC on 1/1/24. I've called four or five times about it now and keep getting told "it'll be resolved" and it's not. Unacceptable
Also unreal that every time I talk to someone at @UHC I get told something different about what meds do or don't need a prior authorization and what my options are. Health insurance in this country is a scam.
While I'm at it, @UHC and @OptumRx BOTH think they know more than my primary care provider about the medications I need to manage the multitude of chronic illnesses I have. Their only advice is to file an appeal and "see where it goes". Unreal.

hey @CoxComm I am getting real tired of my WiFi dropping out multiple times a day, sometimes for up to 30 minutes at a time. I go back to work on the 8th where I spend the majority of my day on Zoom. I'm on the verge of canceling our service and changing ISPs.
