Too many teachers who can’t speak out about anything, cant share their honest views openly, can’t be themselves. Have to embrace the fakery, play the game or lose their standing. Can’t speak the truth or share their opinions, often v experienced staff. The system is broken but the ppl who can help to change it are often silenced.
