My curious n=1 with dairy. Been 69.9-70.1kg for ~4 weeks. Losing fat visibly, but scales not shifting (I’m ok with this). 1d with no dairy, today I’m 68.5kg.
Interesting coincidence.
@DrEenfeldt@keto3000@tednaiman So let’s say I eat 3000 cals a day. That would be above ~1000 cals of protein, or >250g, and below that in carbs / fat so say <250g carbs and 115g fat.
That’s quite a lot of carbs IMO.
@GastricpH Lots of people (not just carnivore) are deficient. Probably the #1 supplement income across in patients. Probably a combination of factors why.
@GastricpH What about it? I don’t supplement it (though v occasionally maybe once a month I’ll have a magnesium bath cos it’s nice). Magnesium very important. I had issues on carnivore with it, now I don’t now off carnivore.
@martykendall2@traderjodie The vast majority of us don’t have salt sensitive hypertension and kidneys which are capable of filtering sodium very effectively. We don’t need to fear salt. I say let taste guide you on how much to add (which is what you are saying in a more scientific way).
@martykendall2 I agree. People obsessing over blood sugar. If it goes up a bit and then immediately back down it’s fine and PERFECTLY NORMAL. Area under the curve is what matters more.
