So many beauty founders want to hit their sales targets but aren't willing to invest the time and resources to understand what's actually holding their businesses back.

You can't fix a problem you haven't properly diagnosed. 💯

A lot of you want to get hired so badly, but you’re not willing to invest in your professional growth.

You want international jobs, good salaries, and better opportunities, but spending money to learn the skills you need feels like too much.

Unfortunately for you, you CANNOT keep expecting people to hand you everything while refusing to invest in yourself.

Free resources are great, but you must also recognize when you need to pay for structured learning.
