Enforcement access my medical records. So they retaliate by withholding meds and once u finally break they call you crazy. They literally do this as a game.
Hey all my chronic pain peeps! Well, I finally found it. Direct conspiring between prescribers and law enforcement to target patients. First, a LEO might need a little OUD diagnosis to discredit his target. The LEO will meet with the prescriber, devise a strategy, and execute.
One way might be to drastically reduce the dosage. When they turn up for the next appointment and have over used. OUD. They do the same thing with mental health. Right now I have been out of meds for 5 months and won't prescribe them because I won't sign a release form to let law
@life_is_art___ There’s a small chance that the person may overdose and they have the choice not to take the med. the cpp definitely will not get treatment, may turn to illegal substances, or may commit suicide. False positives should be avoided at all costs but the have it opposite.
@life_is_art___ From a cpp’s view a false positive is the worst thing ever because it means u don’t get treatment. For the anti-opioid group, a false negative is terrible because it means someone is certainly going to overdose. But that’s not true.
@life_is_art___ We could predict which students were most likely not to come back for their second year right before finals of the first semester. Charitable giving is pretty easy to predict. Trying to predict player injury for the men’s basketball team is a bitch.
@StefanKertesz@ChelseaShover And before prescription opioids it was meth. They came down hard on meth, they went to opioids, they come down on opioids, they’re going back toward meth. I’m no DEA agent or researcher, but I think I see a pattern…ppl are going to get high.
@RyanMarino What’s wild is that I live in a small town and I have talked to police several times…the chief of police used to chase my best friend everywhere. He was my best friends uncle. The sheriff bought the house next to mine about 3 months ago and I’ve been talking to him quite a bit.
@ibdgirl76 They are getting incentivized from spinal cord stimulator implants so if they change the rules they all lose money. Or they have just bought in to the DEA continuing ed classes they have to take.
