Tunaibiwa ⛓️💥
After we exposed Ayale Nursing Home, which received over 8 million Ksh from ShA yet doesn’t even exist, the Ministry of Health rushed to release a statement claiming they had “suspended” it.
But here’s the fraud:
The real Ayale Nursing Home (ghost one) had registration number KECHN(25473) I pulled this directly from the MoH database before they disabled it.
The “suspended” one in their statement carried registration number 019064.
Completely different numbers, yet same name and purported location.
This means the original ghost Ayale Nursing Home will continue getting ShA money.
Duale thinks Kenyans are fools.
This is exactly why Aden Duale must go and why the Ministry of Health must be disbanded.
They’re pretending to act, but in reality, they’re protecting the theft.
Arrest Aden Duale.
Here’s a little trick some people in North Eastern, nyanza etc are using to steal from SHA.
(By the way, this also explains the Nyandiwa issue.)
Look at the names in the image below, these are two different hospitals:
-Qarsadamu Medical Centre Limited
-Qarsadamu Dispensary
Now, go to the MOH website and search them:
The dispensary was opened on 17th March 2016 and is owned by MOH.
The medical centre was registered this year, in January, and is owned by a private individual.
Now check SHA records:
In June, the private medical centre got KSh 2.8M, while the dispensary got nothing.
In April, the dispensary got just KSh 1,200, while the medical centre received KSh 77,000.
This proves they are two different facilities.
But notice how the amounts for the private medical centre suddenly increased drastically.
Now, the big question: why would someone register a new private nursing home using the exact name of an existing government hospital or dispensary?
The answer is simple: in case questions are raised (like we’re doing now), they will show you pictures of the government dispensary and claim it’s the same as the private medical centre.
This is the exact same script they used with Nyandiwa Dispensary vs Nyandiwa Level 4 Hospital.
In reality, they’re not the same: one is government-owned, the other privately owned.
I’ll be attaching all the screenshots and evidence under this tweet in a few minutes.
I told you, Tunaibiwa. ( In Homabay)
According to MoH, there is a hospital here called Divine Sparkle Medical Centre in Rangwe, Homa Bay.
I had two people in Rangwe yesterday try to locate it, but they couldn’t find it.
This hospital received KSh 2.8 million from SHA in June, yet in April it had only received KSh 7,000 that’s more than some sub-county hospitals in the area.
If you’re in Rangwe, please visit Lambwe Junction and confirm again. Take pictures too.
The people I sent yesterday say the building there is owned by Lambwe Farmers Sacco.
The back section is just a residential area, and the next closed door is a shop.
The looting under SHA is massive.
I’m attaching all the records below.
Tunaibiwa;
According to SHA records, a hospital named Bermeil Nursing Home Limited in Lafey, Mandera, supposedly located in this area, received:
KSh 37,500 in April
KSh 461,000 in May
KSh 2.63 million in June
Notice how that amount increases.
Also, in the records, the hospital was registered this year and cleared the same day. How?
But here’s the catch: we couldn’t locate the hospital.
That area is just a thicket with no one living there.
According to MoH records (which I will share), the hospital is listed as being in Lafey.
However, in the whole of Lafey, there is no hospital by that name classified as a Level 3 facility.
Its listed coordinates are: 3°22'39.8"N 40°59'46.0"E.
If anyone has more information on this hospital, please share.

Austrian GP Floor Update: Based on my rudimentary understanding (i.e. high likelihood that I’m wrong), it looks like Ferrari is trying to solve for SF-25’s cornering instability with these updates. The larger surface area of the floor edge wing and the bump on the diffuser, should increase downforce (but also drag). I’m assuming that they expect any improvement in cornering performance in Quali/low fuel conditions to more than offset the higher drag that this floor appears to entail.
What I want to see:
In FP1, I expect LH to again try his late-braking style. However, until now on the SF-25 this style hasn’t been competitive. If he posts a competitive time while using his preferred driving style, that should be a positive step for LH and should hopefully help him feel more confident with the car.
In FP2, I want to see Charles have a similar cornering performance as say Russel (Merc has good traction/slow speed performance) in turns 1 and 3. And similar cornering performance in turn 9 as McL. If they can achieve that, then the floor modifications are working, and overall lap time will give an indication of whether the improvement in cornering is offsetting additional drag or not. For long runs, I expect this floor to just be a drag penalty because we don’t really suffer from much cornering instability when carrying higher fuel loads.

Thread below:
💡McLaren has a "Mini-DRS", which acts on top of the "Flexy wing"
-Wing flex: McL > Ferrari >> RedBull
-McL has a never-seen-before lift of the upper plane leading edge: it's as if the DRS opens partially at high speed, providing a further advantage
The effect is measurable: McL had the highest top speed when the DRS was inactive despite being slowest when the DRS was open (Data from quali)
Is this legal? 🤔
-The flexy wing is, as it passed the FIA's load tests. A wing that flexes are 'against the spirit of the rules', but until the load tests change to avoid that such a thing is perfectly ok
-I'm not sure about the deformation of the DRS plane: I expect Ferrari to protest that, but the outcome is hard to predict
