@InPostUK still no reply from the contact webform. The service update has now says you are pausing all parcels to the affected lockers. I have a parcel waiting for me at my locker, so assume that it isn't affected. Whats going on with the older 3 parcels, all heading to the same locker?

@AmazonHelp That link just sends me to the default contact page, and when you select the replacement product, then choose "damaged item", the only option you get is return for refund. No option to chat to an agent, or even get another replacement.

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp I've just received 2 Lego sets in 2 separate packages, both of which have been crushed. I'm a bit dubious about choosing the free return and replacement as I feel like it's no guarantee the replacement would turn up in better shape. What would you suggest?

@AmazonHelp Replacement arrived today, after the customer service rep guaranteed it would be in new undamaged condition. This box had a hole poked in it.
