Sheringham Theatre. A wonderful evening at the pantomime Dick Whittington. Fast moving and extremely entertaining. Kick started our Christmas events down here in Norfolk plus we won a bottle of champagne in the raffle.

What’s bloody glorious about this ? A first year Golden Golden eagle which was seen flying in the Crathie area of Deeside with a trap attached to its leg . The photo was taken last Thursday by a tourist and the bird has not been seen since . Please RT

Got a call last night from a friend to say his son drowned himself, aged 26. My mum jumped off a train aged 45.
We must talk more as a society about mental health. And start offering real support. Once we're sharing suicide stories it too late.
