So my options are to pay $100 to go through insurance, instead of the better coverage I am already paying for, or go to the Apple Store and see if they can fix it. This is ridiculous.

Feeling ready to switch away from @TMobile right now. I’ve been paying for insurance on my phone for years, which should entitle me to warranty coverage. My home button stopped working, so I went through customer service and got them to send a new one to a store near me. 1/

So I go in, and I’m told that they can’t give me the phone without wiping my old phone, which they can’t do without me disabling Apple security features, which I can’t do without using Touch ID, WHICH I CAN’T DO BECAUSE MY HOME BUTTON IS BROKEN.

@Matt_Flm @__amandaland__ Fwiw, a lot of it has to do with fit. The best mask is one that fits your face well and that you’ll actually wear. My husband and I have very different-sized heads (a real Bert and Ernie vibe) and wear different masks. Neither better, just better for each of us.

We’ve tightened up our protocols as we’ve learned more over time, but there is truly only so much you can do. I hate that more people aren’t masking to protect people like you.
