**Can I be real with you for a moment?**

For **10 years**, I’ve fought this battle with **ALS**—a fight that has taken everything out of me, yet somehow, I’m still here. I know I’m blessed to be alive, but **I’m exhausted**. Exhausted from constantly asking for help. Exhausted from pushing forward when the odds say I shouldn’t.

The **Goode Foundation** is how we make a difference for ALS patients and their families—helping with doctor visits, bills, and one of my personal favorites: hosting **kids who have faced life-changing events** for a weekend with the **Tide**. But this year, we’re **struggling**. Numbers are down. Donations aren’t where they need to be. And it’s looking like we won’t reach the budget needed to keep these programs going.

We have **two big events** each year to fund everything we do:
🏌🏽 **Our Golf Tournament – Next Saturday**
🔥 **Our Roast – July 26th** (Details soon!)

This year, instead of a traditional gala, my board decided to **roast me**—bringing in **comedians, teammates, and old coaches** to **light me up** in the name of fundraising. I’m all in for the laughs, but the reality is this: **I need your help to keep fighting, not just for me, but for every ALS patient who needs a voice.**

Most ALS patients **lose their ability to speak**—they can’t ask for help. The Lord has given me a **platform and a computerized voice**, and today, I’m using it to beg for assistance.

@dreamHard_ When you are going up against teams like OU (my natty favorite) you just can’t afford to be counting multiple 9.7’s. I just want to be back to winning nattys at the end of the day lol and unfortunately I don’t think this coach can do it (hope she can prove me wrong)

@dreamHard_ I didn’t know Gabby hit her toe, so I get that. Lily’s bars weren’t best, don’t think it was 9.6’s bad but wasn’t great. I thought Peyton’s was low 9.8’s worthy. I mean they are 10x pickier in regionals unfortunately.

@BamaGymnastics We are an absolutely horrible bean team. You can literally see the nerves on each competitors face, and then you have the other team come into our house and do beam like it’s nothing. This whole season has been embarrassing.
