@tomhouse@ESPNNFL@SteveYoungQB Learning to breath/move/relax/engage with exposure to arms at shoulder height or above for an extended period with lower half locomotion clearly would have benefits for overhead throwing athletes in all domains. Is what is confusing to me is how you can’t see how it would help.
@tomhouse@ESPNNFL@SteveYoungQB The point is they didn’t want to try out/research the exercise for 7 minutes before making a quick critique because it didn’t look like something they were familiar or comfortable with. There are multiple overhead athletes doing this as a warm-up with positive results.
