@HampseyMatt@LBC I think the issue is we don’t have to, she’s making the choice not out of necessity. She’s doing it because she doesn’t “feel like it…” or at least that’s how it’s coming across. Once again the choice not to but then the expectation that the system will support her is the issue
@HampseyMatt@LBC I think the issue here is that a society or system allows for someone to choose not to work at the cost of others isn’t a system that is fair. If she’s incapable of working that’s different. It’s the sense of entitlement that angers people I think.
Squirming Farage knows this is now a scandal that could end his chances of being PM.
Everyone, including his own supporters, knows his failure to declare a secret £5m bung from a Thailand-based crypto tycoon absolutely STINKS.
@implausibleblog They have also said those that are British citizens either through birth but have foreign parents/lineage or those that have gained citizenship through hard work!
@MattChorley But the response was because there was a racial connotation that the reform party said there wasn’t. But then Farage goes and stands up in the house and argues about a racial element to the policing of this terrible incident anyway?!
🚨 WATCH: Nigel Farage is repeatedly heckled by MPs as he calls on Keir Starmer to end "two-tier policing"
Starmer: "His response has been to appeal for rage. That’s his response to a father who lost his son & asked for this not to happen... it shows exactly who he is"

@hperram@Edmolio42@PhysInHistory I think you can have it and use it in ways that align with your values. If you took it and applied it solely for the vision you may give others that opportunity
@BlehhMae@Tiger_Detective@PhysInHistory You know I agree with you. I mean you see it with people that have made large sums of money and are depressed because money isn’t this or the other. Reminds me of the guy Minecraft, sold it and then was directionless
@tonywatson54@SkyNews Not sure to say taxes have had no impact I don’t think it’s true. You have operating taxes, council equivalent tax in business rates that often cited as killing pubs and of course the social shift. Working from home, people wanting to be fitter, but taxes have and will have impact
@ChrisGo25828893@chaoslisa3 It’s well documented that the US and UK destabilised the country back in the 50s. Removed and ultimately killed the president. Then got this faction in, equipped saddam to go in and start a war with Iran, then decide to start a war and blame the Iranians after a deal was there
BREAKING: The New York Times just confirmed reports that Donald Trump's Justice Department tried to cover up reports that indicated Donald Trump assaulted a minor in the 1980s. Wow.
@LBC@GoodwinMJ So how is this allowed? His statements are not based in fact and bordering on so much tosh it shouldn’t have been given air time? Freedom of speech but Nick didn’t call out any of his facts out?
@SecRubio Not sure if trust is the right word here… the regime threatens EU members, threatens to invade a sovereign country and then says we are partners?! Gaslighting at its finest. You sir are enabling a person who doesn’t care and only respond to strength. Together eu is stronger.
