I take over a 100 flights a year, with this experience being the worst. I should’ve been smarter & stayed away from booking where the staff are goons and wait till the last minute to corner passengers into paying.

7. One staff decides they’ll take this on a personal UPI
8. By now I’m the last person to board and utterly embarrassed with 6 staff and 2 security surrounding me

4. When I ask them why didn’t they do this exercise within the 2 hours they had, they threaten me with security and say just offload her
5. I have no way now so I agree to pay, they say only debit/credit card accepted, no UPI (their server issue)

Here’s what’s transpired:
1. I was at the boarding gate 2 hours in advance, with nothing but a cabin bag.
2. 2 minutes before the boarding gate closes, they decide my bags are 4 kgs overweight
3. They ask me to pay 2600 because the going rate is 650/kg
