Maybe this can work for independent hosts who ran their listing only on Airbnb. For Prof Property Managers, unless the free dynamic pricing is synced to all the other channels, what’s the point. You would have to manually input the new rates to the other channels…

I agree with Dario that we need to pace the frontier. This has been a primary topic of discussions we've had at OpenAI in recent weeks.

Pretty indifferent to all this OpenAI aura. Astra may be great but I am really struggling to understand why they were allowed to release such a great model weeks after the Hugging Face hack.

@capuanogio Siamo d’accordo ad Empoli è stata senz’altro un’occasione sprecata per provare ad entrare almeno provvisoriamente in Champions League. L’alibi della penalizzazione nasconde solo una forte mancanza di gioco, da inizio anno, che dimostra una stagione fallimentare senza titoli.
