@OrigBoldRoyalty @nejsnave @tobi How do you know envy is at the root?

[Theo @theoalk]

@Gompers_Stomper @ShannonBDouglas @JimboStanford What a dumb response. Yes, Shannon is also a man's name.

@jay_westman @turkshreal @caylakcoin @SEDATOV1903 @nntaleb Yes. And the Anatolians descend from the Hittites.

Islam was imposed and so was Turkish identity.

@Chris_arnade @emzanotti Germany is without a doubt the best bread country in the world.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Chris_arnade Hot take: the store baked bread available at at a German discount grocery store is better than most independent bakeries in the US or Canada (and is cheaper).

[Theo @theoalk]

@Chris_arnade Isn't life expectancy a pretty good heuristic to determine?

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok Yeah, I agree that's why the idea of hell is so nuts to me. Atheists, agnostics and different religions can live just as morally as anyone. Which is another reason for me to be agnostic.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok Either way, I appreciate having a dialogue on Twitter that doesn't get into Ad Hominem. Thank you for that.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok I was assuming you were using divine as per the conversation about theism. I don't think that's a stretch.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok You think Ive been pedantic, but in a discussion of this type definitions important. You might call it a first principle.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok Brother, that was a much, much different statement. You should have said that.

Curious to know if you're a Christian and if you'd tell her you think the divine is other than God.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok *to theists

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok O'Connor and Gervais were specifically talking about theists and atheists. You brought up the divine. The divine relates SPECIFICALLY, to atheists. Now you say you didn't mean just theists. You need to get your language straight. You seem to be speaking in bad faith. Thanks.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok I agree that most cultures had metaphysical beliefs, and many believed in gods or god. That's obvious. What is not obvious is that every single human culture in history of of earth believed in the "divine", which was your very first assertion.

[Theo @theoalk]

@Everyday_Powers @StrangeMannnn @Ciana_Flow @CosmicSkeptic @rickygervais @grok You're referring to Grok, who includes "vague sacred elements". That is very vague. I'd certainly call that moving the goal posts.
