My mum and dad were married for years without a child, until God blessed them with THEOPHILUS Berchie. My purpose was not only to pave the way for the birth of my brothers, but to lead.
And in just seven years, by God’s grace, I have brought home three medals for them:
BSc Environmental Science – KNUST
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - KAAF University
MPhil Environmental Science – KNUST
Everything I am, and everything I’ve achieved, is for them.

For clarity and accuracy, the Department of Parks and Gardens was established in 1961 as part of Ghana’s Public Service. The staff assigned to the Presidency are not employees of the Office of the President, they remain officers of the Department of Parks and Gardens and are only posted on attachment to support the Presidency.
The Department operates under the Local Government sector. This is not a discovery.
The Department of Environmental Science, KNUST, extends its profound appreciation for your insightful contribution to our World Environment Day celebration.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge, experience, and vision for a sustainable Ghana. We are grateful for your support.
I was honoured to speak at the World Environment Day celebration of the Department of Environmental Science, KNUST, on the theme: “Inspired by Nature, Acting for Climate, Building the Future: The Ghanaian Context.”
Returning to the Department where my journey began was deeply meaningful. Environmental Science gave me the foundation, my legal training continues to sharpen my tools and public service gives me the platform to contribute to national development.
In my presentation, I reflected on how Ghana’s environmental future must be shaped by the protection of our forests, rivers, wetlands, coastlines and natural resources. I also highlighted the importance of responsible mining, forest recovery, water security, flood resilience, climate adaptation and youth leadership in building a sustainable future.
My message to the students was simple: do not see Environmental Science as narrow. It is a powerful foundation for research, law, governance, finance, technology, entrepreneurship and public service.
Nature teaches us balance, resilience and responsibility. Our task is to listen, act and build a future that protects both people and the environment.

Arsenal finally won the league after 22 years and their fans realized they still can’t really banter any club with their trophy cabinet… so now the entire fanbase has turned into a Bruno Fernandes hate campaign.
It was a great experience being present at the Volta TTAG as various colleges in the Volta and Oti region together for an exciting and competitive quiz competition as part of their congress activities.
Beyond the contest, the event created an atmosphere of learning, networking, and fraternization among students, strengthening bonds and encouraging collaboration.
Congratulations to all participating colleges for displaying intelligence, confidence, and teamwork throughout the competition.
As the various sectors continue with their activities throughout the congress, I wish all various aspirants in the upcoming elections the very best.

ANTICIPATE 🔥 🔥
From dreams that once felt uncertain to a journey shaped with wisdom, sacrifice, and love.
I once thought my path was clear, Optometry was the dream. My mother was ready to move mountains to make it happen. In her selflessness, she even sought guidance, prayed over it and together we eventually found a new direction: Environmental Science. That decision didn’t take me away from purpose, it refined it.
Years ago, she stood at University of Oxford and University of Cambridge, speaking on fair trade, cocoa and women in cocoa under the cocoa and sustainability dialogue. That moment reflected her voice, her strength and her commitment to impact.
Fast forward to today, this is me, carrying that same legacy forward, speaking on climate change vulnerability and the energy sector in Africa, especially Ghana at Oxford University this year. Different stages, same mission: service, impact and purpose.
Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who didn’t just support my dreams, but helped reshape them into something even greater. Your sacrifices didn’t just guide me, they built me.🥳⚡️

Today means so much to me ❤️
Happy Mother’s Day to my mum, thank you for your endless sacrifices, prayers, love and strength. Everything we are and continue to become is because of the foundation you built for us. May God continue to bless you with good health, peace, happiness and long life. We love and appreciate you always.
And happy birthday to my brother 🎉
Watching your journey from Primary School to Prempeh College and now Petrochemical Engineering has been nothing short of inspiring. Your brilliance, discipline and intelligence make me proud every single day. If life ever gave me the chance to choose a brother again, I would still choose you without hesitation.
I pray God continues to elevate you and make you exceptional in everything you do. The future is truly bright for you ❤️
