OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: NAUS 2026 PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE

The Convention Planning Committee (CPC) of the National Association of University Students (NAUS) is pleased to announce the official Presidential Debate for the NAUS 2026 National Convention.

As part of our commitment to a transparent, informed, and issue-based electoral process, this debate will provide an opportunity for delegates, stakeholders, and members of the university community to engage directly with the presidential aspirants and gain insight into their vision, agenda, and plans for the Association.

The debate will feature all cleared presidential aspirants vying for the office of National President and will serve as a platform for constructive engagement on matters affecting Nigerian university students and the future of NAUS.

As we welcome the month of June, we extend our warmest greetings and best wishes to university students across the federation. May this new month open doors to fresh opportunities, greater achievements, academic excellence, and continued progress for all.

June holds special significance for our Association as it is the month of the NAUS National Convention 2026, a gathering that will bring together student leaders, delegates, stakeholders, and members from across the country to collectively chart a new course for the National Association of University Students.

We therefore urge all delegates, aspirants, stakeholders, and members to continue making the necessary preparations for the convention scheduled as follows:
