@unsereOEBB I have given up, the wait was too long. Can i suggest to include information how many customers are in front of you whilst waiting on the phone? It feels like a person calling from outside of Austria is not being picked up?

@unsereOEBB Dear @unsereOEBB thank you so much for your quick reply. The uncertainty is that initially, tickets would be available as of 16-9, than pushed back to 30-9 and it is now indefinite. Would you recommend to check daily or weekly as I am afraid to miss out...
