@HeathrowAirport Good morning! Your website states costs for 2 hrs short stay parking at the raneg of £16-19 and advises to pre-book when most of the pre-book quotes return at £75. Can you clarify what is really happening. Hard to believe. I need £75 to pick up somebody

@British_Airways ATH Club Europe check-in failed us this morning. Check-in labelled as Club Europe took all passengers regardless of class. Result was a family of 5 with an infant to be left waiting for more than an hour so that the entire cabin checks-in.

Never had to face rudeness with BA, and this level of disarray on ground, flying consistently 9 years with you.

As if that wasn't enough, counter could not find our infant’s booking, and asked us for our outbound boarding passes for proof - in our protest about the whole ordeal, they implied that they may as well ask us to contact you directly if we were to carry on complaining.
