@kammysliwiec Congratulations on the new release! A couple questions:
1. Are all libs like throttler compatible with this latest version?
2. Are there any perf benefits for runtime performance with it (less memory, faster start-up times, etc)?
Thanks again for your great work π
@DellCares The issue that I have is that the laptop's camera does not work in either local apps (e.g Zoom) or Google Meet. Instead of that I am using an external webcam as a temporary solution. Is there any way to fix this issue on my device?
@DellCares Hello there @DellCares and thanks for the reply! I am currently on a Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 with Intel Lunar Lake 268V and 32GB Ram. I am currently using Manjaro (based on Arch like Omarchy) with Linux kernel v6.19.2 and KDE plasma v6.5.5
@jarredsumner On another note, node's perf difference on this benchmark for mac vs Linux look massive if correct! What are the specs of both machines used for it @jarredsumner ?
@dhh@sudobunni Would there be more emphasis on lower level improvements like this one https://t.co/MOHiy9dJnH on upcoming releases? I believe that once improvements like this get in Omarchy, it will become the daily driver for a lot more without dual booting π
@timexiaomi Got the update on my end on Xiaomi 15 global, however nfc payments have stopped working... Any ideas why this happens and how it can be fixed?
@mattythetechy1 If you're considering moving to the Android ecosystem like I did recently you can go for OnePlus 13 (if you like big phones) or Xiaomi 15 if you prefer one handable ones. Vivo X200 Pro if you value camera a bit more than battery life
@kammysliwiec@nestframework Congrats for hitting this milestone and wishing you even higher reach πͺ
Quick question for the project's future: Are there any future plans for investing into achieving better performance either via Nestia or via officially supporting Bun?
