Hi @amazonIN , @JeffBezos , truly disappointed in amazon customer service (I believed amazon was Customer centric company)
* Ordered laptop and Extended warranty on 29June2020 on sale
* Item dispatched and was supposed to reach customer on 1 July 2020
* Laptop not delivered yet
