@AstroMikeMerri @21percentgroup Same in my business life. I’ve never employed nine based on their CV or references but based on their performance in the interview. References are a factor but if I employ someone who is crap at their job then it’s my fault for not discovering that at the interview.

@CaracolBosque @Rainmaker1973 Usually they are high voltage (AC) because power loss is I^2R so huge transformers step up the voltage and accordingly step down the current until the other end where the voltage is stepped down again. That’s what I remember from high school anyway.
