Why is everyone suddenly glazing GPT 5.5 and trashing Claude Code?

I’ve been using both Opus 4.8 + GPT 5.5 (and even 4.7) daily. 5.5 is genuinely strong at a lot of things, but when it comes to deep planning and frontend/design work, it’s still nowhere close. Even with great skills, the outputs are often laughably bad.

Is this organic or is OpenAI pushing the narrative hard?

@Bencera The most funny thing - I tried the same out and during onboarding I mentioned that I already have a business and need for growth.

Without putting any brain it made a new website that looks exactly how polsia should be spelled right - “AISLOP”

Day by day, I feel humans using AI are making it dumber!

PS: Congrats on 30Mn which will be mostly going back to Claude only in a way!

I already have a website! At the first place it wasn’t needed only! Secondly, why would I or any user start trial when the first output response only looks dull.

It’s obvious a cheaper model in free usage and free trial and paid will have better models. But unless there’s delight at first place there’s no payment or trial

@acadictive It’s not noise - it’s just fake hype! Deep down folks know they have build a Claude or openclaw wrapper and assume that they have shipped an agent to to Mars

i gave basic access to my gmail, calendar & granola for and it immediately started blasting all my private data into a public team Slack channel!

zero privacy, no warnings, zero fucking clue what to send and what not?

this is criminal-level negligence!
