People mostly use it because they don't understand what it can do well (limited) or what it can't do well/at all, which is separate from the fact that it's garbage that can't do much well.
A garbage product can still be successful. Can this one make $$? Doubtful, but maybe.
Ppl who believe that AI has no consumer use, how do u square that with skyrocketing use of AI and ChatGPT being the fastest growing consumer technology of all time? ChatGPT alone has 6.7M reviews and a 4.8 rating in the app store. People love these tools, how do u explain that?
Another day, more unnecesary faciliation of communicable airborne disease and brain damage. since there is a functioning ventilation system. @Irish_PokerOpen just won't turn it on.
Just what seniors and disabled people - and everyone - needs.
Def won't be coming back. @TheHSA
@Irish_PokerOpen@TheHSA I don't know why everyone so desperately wants to breathe dirty, stuffy, smelly toxic air when there is a perfectly functioning ventilation system that just needs to be turned on - AND KEPT ON.

Harvard researchers put 24 office workers in the same room for 6 days.
They changed one thing about the air. The workers didn't know.
Then they tested their brains.
Cognitive scores doubled.
Here's what the air you're breathing right now is doing to your brain:
@alon_mizrahi They support both the holocaust in Palestine and of all Arabs and all immigrants from the global south as well as the holocaust of all Jewish people (not just Zionists).
They are calling for expulsion because they are modern day Nazi nationalists, they are not your ally.
I'm loving the events so far @Irish_PokerOpen, but I have a blood oxygen disease and struggling to breath with the hot stuffy air and CO2 levels above 1500-2000 (which is actually dangerous for everyone).
Can you please please turn on the air 24/7, not just a few min/hour?
@kikithorpedo@KT_Carlisle No serious author who actually writes their own work would ever not read a final edit... much less the proofs sent to them before publication.
So claiming not to have seen them sounds like someone who uses AI. It's just not plausible.
@KT_Carlisle The plot sounds very different, but weirdly an ex published a book around 20 years ago with a major publisher called Shy Girl, and the cover has a lot of similarities... which has me if the book is plagiarized AI. But I haven't actually read this new one, so it's speculation.
@AlanLevinovitz And that's beside the point that the whole premise is a logical fallacy, since the environmental cost is enormous and the accuracy wildly overstated.
@AlanLevinovitz Why exercise when AI can do it for us? Why eat? Why have sex when our agents can do it and we'll save so much time?
These fools really believe process has no point, and thus fundamentally don't understand the point living or thinking or creativity in their (lack of) process 🤣
@minzlicht@ImplicVincent LOL just bragging about how lazy you are and how little you care to think, and then think your garbage research means anything.
If you don't understand why the process is the point, you know nothing.
You're also lying about the resource use and lack of accuracy. Sloptastic.
@ChrisRMcGuire These AI companies don't respect anyone else's IP, but we're supposed to care about their hysterical whining that others are stealing their IP?
Well, we don't. Hope they lose everything and fail miserably!
@Megankstack It's not just the "short" part that's the problem. It's the vertical framing.
It's ugly, it's difficult to keep everything important in frame, especially if more than one person/object.
It is, literally, a narrowing of perception and acceptance of ugly inefficiency.
