Join us weekly in intercession for our artistic project for the unborn & their hurting parents at 9 am CST. Pick a day, pray/fast for 1 hour for 3 months. This Christian “dance” project will incorporate choir, individual singers, instrumentalists, video art with dancers. RT & RT

I adore Alysha’s voice & am bursting with excitement that she chose “I Think about the Star” as one of her pieces, which is based on a poem by Lois Duncan, written 6 mos after her daughter was murdered. It speaks to all those who grieve deeply during joyful Xmas. #soprano #oboe

When we pray, do we pray with expectation? Or do we breathe words into the air to fall like confetti to the ground?
Maybe we’d see more answers if we stopped & spent time beefing up our “expector“ with our Father’s sure promises…& then pray…assured.

The mentoring we do through The Pool is the highest honor we are privileged to carry. We had a Girl’s Night Out on the last night before cellist/composer Maíra left. We went to hear the Nashville Symphony play Toy Story along with the actual film. Pure fun!
