This was the period when the BCCI used to pay Doordarshan to broadcast matches. Now, when the BCCI rules world cricket with an estimated net worth of 20K crores, it is beyond my comprehension why both the gov & the BCCI are still going ahead with this.

Few changes I am noticing in Indian Cinema & Web Series:

- Lip Lock Kisses very Frequent (very embarassing when we watch with kids). It happens almost in any movie now, when hero and heroine meet and greet.
- Gay & Lesbian characters in movie or web series (sometimes even if not required, it gets added). Relevant introduction is ok, but many times it is forced, which is in poor taste.
- Liquor & Drugs as a Way to Celebrate, especially among Youth. Showcasing a Cool Factor.
- Smoking without any Disclaimer on the Bottom, taken for Granted. Hard to find one without a Cigarette. Ladies smoking even though pregnant etc.

I am just wondering what Impact these can have on Young Minds? Especially the ones whose Reasoning is just beginning to Develop. Won't these Bring Down Productivity of the People Watching?

Am I the only one observing this change? Any one else with me on this? 👍
