@JeffreyBilyk I agree we are years away. However @MLPS911 just launched a FRU that attends code 3 calls that are holding in hopes of deferring that call to Community Paramedicine or as a refusal. So not perfect but progress! I hope we can see more alt. care pathways in the future.

Sit down with your Paramedics. Bring out the call report and review the case. Then tell them how much they nailed it and shake their hands.
The next time you suggest areas of improvement they'll be more receptive.
