What drives a business seller to choose you isn’t always the highest bid.
They may care about:
• Business continuity
• Keeping the employees they’ve shared Sunday barbecues with
• A tax-efficient deal structure
• And, simply, whether they genuinely like you
Understanding what matters to them should come before negotiating price.
The best deal isn’t always the highest price. It’s the one that best matches the seller’s priorities.
@ChrisRamsey60 Agreed but holding property long term is only good if you already have strong amount of wealth otherwise it is better invested elsewhere
