@NatWest_Help Having issues trying to retrieve previous card statements through your app. It remains stuck at the loading phase. Have turned off WiFi and VPN and tried using data to see if this would rectify to no success. Please could this be investigated?

@bt_uk Still no joy. Using both my phone and a desktop. Same issues persists. Happy to keep my existing appointment date but slightly annoying. I’ve made a note of your number, but perhaps this is an issue that needs looking at in the background as well.
@bt_uk I have broadband with you and I am in the process of upgrading to full fibre via openreach who text me today offering me an earlier appointment to get this sorted. Have tried to amend my date/time but keep receiving this error message. Any idea why?
