@BBCBreakfast yes some nights can be disturbed, but that's the cat who sleeps on the bed. But it's the mind working overtime during the night. I try to relax by sitting up, and maybe a drink, but stroking the cat who is purring, is calming. Di Newton Abbot

@BBCBreakfast Good Mornjng. I was a Unpaid Carer for over years. I felt lonely, unappreciated, and doing more than the carers were doing or able to. I also jarred 2 vertebrae, jarred my pelvis. I did it because I loved my Mum. I also left my job, but for what I did, #peanuts

@reece_dinsdale I've just moved out of what was the family home for 47 years. It was emotional, and loads of memories, good and bad. Just glad my brother was here to make one last memory.
