@toddsaunders Software designed around AI from day one vs software with AI tacked on top like a feature. You can’t turn sweet tea into barbecue sauce just by warming it up
Everyone wants to debate which LLM writes the best CPT code. But we need to circle the helicopter before it lands. Do your reconnaissance, align stakeholders, and understand the environment before committing
A lot of AI coding startups are focused on the last 2% of the workflow. At AICD-10, we’re trying to put socks on the octopus before it escapes the aquarium
An example: I note that the chapter on stop signs includes the number 30 somewhere on the page. When I get to the question on stop signs, regardless of the question, the answer will be the one with the number 30 in it. This skill is highly transferable across every task in life
My unfair advantage will always be pattern recognition. I aced my written drivers test in <5 minutes after studying the manual in line on the way to the counter because I scanned every chapter for unique characters (i.e. numbers) and matched those characters to the test answers
I think there comes a tipping point where you realize that because you physically cannot implement every idea that comes to mind at the fullest extent, it is ok to share publicly and let someone else pick up the mantle
@majamediaco I wonder if the numbers start to pencil out on this concept at scale. I could see this as a franchise model, potentially with exclusive interest from people that are passionate about the dream but don’t necessarily have the business expertise to build from a complete square one
I wonder why the LinkedIn “post” button is so difficult to find compared to other apps. Is it a purposeful design choice? I can’t imagine they didn’t start as a social network, so that can’t be it. Do they feel their core purpose isn’t to drive posts?
I find myself more and more drawn to LinkedIn to express myself. I am just not a concise person. I feel like the core of my point can get lost when I try to compress it into a character limit. Anyway, here’s one of those posts

Founders: if you were raising a pre-seed round for a new company, what are the unfair advantages you’d use to get your first check by the end of the week?
