@cjsbishop I can also post hundreds of projects approved in less than 20 working days, rather than the odd consent not approved that you cherry pick. If I post my approvals will you say the RMA works... of course not it does not fit your narrative.
@cjsbishop Do you know what the issues were.was it Geotechnical, servicing constraints did the applicant just site in a request for information for years? My bet, it's not the RMA fault but a wider issue with the site.
@actparty Exempt under this government police do not investigate retail crimes of less than $500. Let's face it, you are pr and spin with no substance.
@actparty Explain to me why this is an issue? Was it proffered by the applicant? how does it slow things down given that most of this would be done while the working drawings are being prepared. Your fake outrage is reflective of your terrible party culture.
@SimonCourtACT No it's not you clueless individual. It has a three week deadline and would normally be gone while they are spending months doing the working drawings for building consent. It adds zero delays and costs nothing. It's just act being racist again.
@WarMonitors Is there a reason we did not see any damage on Isreal military facilities during the recent war I.e are the satellite images not available? Just curious
@LaylaMoore69@chrishipkins No it doesn't. If you think it's a good outcome that someone dies you are not a normal person. You are a heartless individual who really should learn to keep their thoughts to themself.
@HobsonsPledgeNZ Just shows how poorly informed, stupid or race baiting you are as Te mana o te Wai is about water quality not taniwhas. I take it from this that you do not support good quality water?
@SimonCourtACT Why does Act continue to attack and put people down? Just shows how precious they are and quite frankly how unprofessional their culture is.
@NZJamesS@aniobrien I suspect there is a lot of tax dodging going on. Otherwise the FBT would not really change. Should we really be supporting tax dodging?
@NicolaWillisMP@cjsbishop Is it really the role of the RMA to legislate on a single building? I think it's also pretty rich to claim naysayers have held Wellington back in reference to one site only. People are allowed to have different views and guess what, you are not a heritage expert.
