Chasing gains & crushing goals. Bariatric warrior on a #NoDaysOff journey Fueled by @CelsiusOfficial, styled by @Fabletics. Get fit, lift heavy. #BariatricLife
@bfraser747 People are stupid, this is what you voted for with bill clinton. Politics is decidedly following the law or not. Which is dumb for both parties
This morning’s workout stats are IN! 💪 I torched 659 calories and moved a whopping 35,300 lbs of total volume (that’s like lifting a herd of elephants… probably). 🏋️♂️
#FitByFaithWithJon is in full swing, and let me tell you, it’s not just my legs feeling the burn — my faith is getting a workout, too! As Hebrews 11:1 (ESV) says: “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” And let’s be real, I haven’t seen my abs yet, but I’ve got the conviction they’re in there somewhere!
If you’re wondering, this journey isn’t just about shedding pounds; it’s about becoming the best version of me — one leg press, squat, and Romanian deadlift at a time. 🏋️♂️ But don’t worry, I’m keeping my sense of humor (and hopefully my balance) intact!
To anyone else chasing their goals, whether it’s in the gym, at work, or in life — keep the faith, and maybe throw in a few squats while you’re at it. @FitbodApp
🌿 Take a Day to Rest and Heal 🌿
Hey friends, can we talk about something real for a second? Life gets busy—nonstop tasks, endless to-do lists, and the constant pull to do more, be more, achieve more. But here’s the truth: we’re not built to run on empty. Even Jesus, the Savior of the world, knew the importance of rest.
In Matthew 11:28, He invites us, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Isn’t that incredible? Rest is a gift. It’s not laziness; it’s obedience. It’s trusting that God’s got it under control, even if you take a step back.
Today, I’m choosing to honor that truth. I’m taking a day to let my body rest, my mind quiet, and my spirit reconnect with the One who sustains me. Whether it’s a long walk in nature, reading Scripture, journaling, or just sitting still with a good cup of coffee, I’m slowing down to refuel.
If you’ve been running on fumes lately, consider this your reminder: it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to breathe. God created the Sabbath for us because He knows we need it.
So, let’s be intentional about making space for Him and for healing. Rest doesn’t just recharge us; it reminds us where our strength comes from. 🙏
How are you resting today? I encourage everyone to slow down and let God refresh our souls. 💛

Day 30 of #NoDaysOff is in the books!
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” – Colossians 3:23
This journey has been all about showing up, staying consistent, and giving my best effort every single day. It’s not just about building physical strength—it’s about building the kind of resilience and dedication that carries over into everything else in life.
There have been tough moments, but Galatians 6:9 reminds me: “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
So I’m here, showing up, one day at a time. If you’re chasing a goal, stay focused, stay consistent, and don’t forget why you started. Progress might be slow, but every little bit adds up.

“Day 28 of my #NoDaysOff challenge is complete! 💪🔥 Thanksgiving workout ✅ A solid 48 minutes of pushing through quads, hamstrings, biceps, abs, and everything in between. Over 29,000 lbs of total volume and I feel unstoppable today.
As I sat down for recovery, I reflected on gratitude for the strength, perseverance, and the blessings God has poured into my life. Thanksgiving is more than a meal—it’s a moment to recognize His goodness.
‘Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.’ – Psalm 107:1 🦃🙌
Today I’m thankful for the ability to move, to challenge myself, and for the love of family, friends, and the One who strengthens me. What are YOU grateful for today? Drop it in the comments. Let’s celebrate the wins together!”

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁
Today, we’re filled with gratitude for the countless blessings in our lives. As we gather around the table, let’s pause to reflect on the goodness of God and the love that surrounds us.
“The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace.” – Numbers 6:24-26
May your day be filled with joy, laughter, and peace as you celebrate with family and friends. Let’s carry the spirit of thankfulness in our hearts every day.
Wishing you a beautiful and blessed Thanksgiving! 💛
Day 27: #NoDaysOff
“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” – Colossians 3:23 🙌
Whew! Another workout in the books. 51 minutes of showing up, pushing limits, and taking care of the body God blessed me with. Today, I knocked out back, quads, shoulders, chest, hamstrings, glutes, and abs—because it’s not just about fitness, it’s about stewardship of this temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
The journey isn’t easy, but it’s rewarding. Progress takes commitment, and every drop of sweat is a seed sown for future strength. 💪
To anyone feeling unmotivated, let me remind you: We don’t grind for quick results, but for lasting growth. Every day we show up is another step forward in discipline and faith.
Let’s keep lifting, keep growing, and keep glorifying God in the process. Day 27 down, and I’m fired up for Day 28! Who’s with me on this journey?
