If you show your opponent you can get to that, they start going soft down/away more. that’s when u start sitting on offspeed. Reps are most important tho, none of this works if u can’t recognize pitches early enough

A lot of players will literally only go hard in/soft away and/or hard up/soft down. This narrows down what you’re looking for to basically just fastball up/in or off speed low/away
