@LidsRodney @KosokoJackson Agreed. I've recently seen a rash of trad pub books that readers are saying are overhyped or asking, "Where are the editors?" and it seems the only thing trad pub is currently good at is hype. Did y'all follow #DOJvPRH thread? Eye-opening and yet not entirely shocking.

@the_lolaverse Congrats! Something very similar happened to me, but also with a big plus & a minus. An agent passed on my manuscript for her lack of confidence in placing it, told me an agent at her agency would be a better fit & was EXPECTING me to send the manuscript. I did. I never...1/2
