Got uncomfortable because of a girl's clothes

So basically, I was travelling in a public bus in Bangalore today. The ride was only around 4 km, and I was sitting in one of those seat setups where people sit facing each other.

At the next stop, a couple got in, and the girl sat directly in front of me.
I’m not going to comment on what she was wearing or whether it was appropriate or not - people can wear whatever they want. But personally, I suddenly became extremely uncomfortable. She was wearing very very short clothes, i mean very short and because of the way the seats were arranged, she was basically right in my line of sight.

The problem was, I couldn't even look straight ahead normally because it would automatically feel like I was staring at her. 😭

I also couldn't change my seat because the bus was completely packed.
Like bro, we guys can feel uncomfortable too, but what are we even supposed to do? You can't complain about someone else's clothes, and you obviously don't want to stare either. 😭

My manager said this after another employee complained about bites in the common room.

Everyone went quiet.

The common room had a couch, a TV and two beds for night shift.

We’d already treated it once.

Then the bugs came back.

My manager looked at one coworker.

“Can you stay behind for a minute?”

He immediately knew.

That coworker had been dealing with bedbugs at home for weeks.

He kept his uniform at work and never told anyone.

But every time pest control treated the room, the problem returned.

And his manager had started noticing something….

The manager was ready to fire her.

She was 23, six months into her first corporate job, and had already been called “difficult” twice.

She questioned overtime.

She asked why employees were expected to answer emails after work.

And when her manager scheduled a meeting for 7:30 a.m., she asked if it could be moved to normal working hours.

“You’re talented, but your attitude isn’t going to get you far here.”

I had parked in the accessible parking space because I have a disabled parking permit.

“Could you just move for five minutes? My mother is inside and she can’t walk very far.”

I understood that too.

But my disability doesn’t stop being real because someone else has a difficult afternoon.

So I stayed.

She walked away shaking her head like I had done something cruel.

Five minutes later, she came back with her mother.

Her mother looked at my car, then at my permit.

A coworker left a printed offer letter on the conference room table.

This is my story 🥹

I lost my virginity at 17 in a dusty boys’ quarters behind my school.
I thought I had buried it. Deleted the chats. Washed the wrapper. Walked into the house like nothing happened.
Three days later my mum called me into the kitchen while she was frying plantain. She didn’t raise her voice. She just said:
“Who taught you to start avoiding my face?”
I went cold.
She already knew. The house girl had found the used condom I thought I threw far enough.
I started shaking, waiting for the slap, the “you have disgraced this family,” the “pack your things.”
She turned off the stove, sat down on the small stool, and said:
