Christian Conservative Patriot that loves God, Country, My Family. R.E. Broker, Volunteer, Mentor, Pro Life, and believes in individual rights, limited Gov’t!
Tonight in Corpus Christi, I presented my plan to restore the American Dream and lower costs.
Meanwhile, James Talarico said he wants to dismantle capitalism and destroy economic opportunity.
That’s what’s on the line this November.
Having served with James nearly a decade in the Texas House, I can assure you this is who he really is. Don’t believe the middle-of-the-road “aw shucks” charade he is trying to sell you now. It’s a lie. He has never been bipartisan in the Texas House and the only thing he is well known for is excoriating his Republican colleagues from the front or back mic. Been there, had that exchange with him on SB14!!!
On the day of the Dobbs decision in 2022, "Christian" James Talarico hurriedly drafted a letter to Joe Biden urging him to prop up abortion mills on federal lands and to make abortion doctors federal employees to shield them from state prosecutions.
This man is truly deranged.
James Talarico represents a version of Texas politics I don’t recognize.
His worldview, priorities, and political message are miles away from the Texas I know: hardworking families, small towns, oil fields, ranches, churches, and people who expect common sense from their leaders.
Austin may cheer him on, but Austin isn’t all of Texas.
I don’t believe his politics reflect the values of millions of Texans, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
***Paxton was impeached by his own party***
People outside of Texas and a lot of people in Texas have no idea how corrupt the Texas Legislature has been. The impeachment was led by crooked politician Dade Phelan who had partnered with Democrats to become speaker. Paxton was acquitted by the Senate.
Even today, Phelan wanna be Dustin Burrows dismissed Republican members, partnered with Democrats and became speaker. The rot stinks in Austin.
Maria Bartiromo has always been courageous enough to cover stories others in the MSM wouldn’t touch—including stories involving media management & election fraud. She’s one of the few good journalists out there. It’s a shame FOX is letting her get away.
Maria, I hope you stay in the fight. The country needs journalists like you.
@MariaBartiromo
Texans were tired of Cornyn period! Paxton didn’t need Trump’s endorsement. Ken was going to win regardless. Ken is not going to lose to the weird little youth minister if normal Texans vote in this election!
Texas doesn’t need another polished suit who checks the wind before opening his mouth.
I’m backing Ken Paxton because I’d rather have a political barbed-wire fence than another revolving door.
He irritates the right people. He survives the attacks. He keeps swinging.
Washington already has enough men who want to be invited to the dinner party.
Texas needs somebody willing to flip the damn table.
Here's some tough love. But it's why I make the better than average bucks.
Ken Paxton is one of the finest public servants in this country. His work as Texas AG would rank among the most impactful of any statewide elected official in this nation (DeSantis is in his own GOAT tier). He would be a tremendous upgrade at Senator not just for Texas, but the country. But he's also made a mess of his personal life, and the residual impact of that is costing him some support (including financially). So, again, anyone that tells you sexual ethics are strictly a private matter is dead wrong. An entire state/country may suffer consequences. Paxton's personal failing is giving people an objection they otherwise wouldn't have to an exemplary AG. The Biblical model always requires us to first accept responsibility for our own actions, and the role we played in our own situation.
However, given how little we know much of Washington DC's uniparty cares about marriage, family, and sexual ethics that alone doesn't come close to explain him (and thus the country) being hung out to dry in this crucial Texas Senate race. There's no moral high ground within the uniparty. Only vested interests. And uniparty Republicans would much prefer to be in the minority. Because in that case they can raise all kinds of money to ensure their positions off how bad the Democrats are, with no expectations to do anything about it.
Thus, you will not be punishing these Republicans by staying home but just yourself. You will be giving them exactly what they want, prestige with no responsibility, while you will permit Democrats to inflict absolutely all their demoniac madness upon you without reservation. Nothing new is coming. There is no alternative to the GOP possible within any time frame what's left of our way of life would survive. You won't teach anyone any lessons. Most of these Republicans would rather lose to Democrats than lose control of the party to you, anyway.
And yes, this is a poopy position to be in. But it's the position we are in generationally, and our job is to do the best we can with the times that we have. The best we can do is slow down as much of this Democrat madness as possible, while also keeping Republicans in power to expose themselves in the hopes that creates more primaries where a Paxton can beat an exposed uniparty stooge like Cornyn.
Again, not a great spot. But it is the spot. Short of revival, it's all we have left. And it's still by far the best country in the world. So suck it up and occupy until He comes. This is the best we can do.
Warsh smashed the Fed’s crystal ball.
Bessent said pulling the plug on the bad actors could blow up the global financial system.
Trump’s Space Academy is the Golden Age they can’t allow.
Saturday Wrap with @sjkokinda:
DEEP STATE PURGE: Career staffers at the USDA objected to moving operations to Dallas because of the state's laws protecting unborn children. The relocation is a de facto RIF, as 99% of the staffers won't relocate. We need to do this with EVERY agency.
At the bottom of their media page, the largest children’s hospital in the world, @TexasChildrens, admits it “previously performed sex-rejecting procedures” and no longer will. This admission must be posted for 15 years. The hospital has until Oct to start a detransition clinic.
Nobody in Richmond should be surprised. Since living just outside the city I have always heard horror stories about the city’s schools. 💔
SO SAD……Barack Obama Elementary School is located in Richmond, Virginia and is a part of Richmond Public Schools. In
August 2026 the school faces significant mold growth plus reports of rodents in several rooms. Officials brought in contractors for cleaning, HVAC work, filter changes, mold remediation, and pest control. Air-quality tests repeatedly showed elevated mold spore levels, leading to delays of the planned first day of school.
By August 24, as teachers and staff began setting up classrooms, additional mold was discovered behind bulletin boards and on surfaces and computers. Superintendent Jason Kamras announced the building would remain closed for further remediation, testing of every room, and antimicrobial treatments and expected to take several days at minimum, with a goal of returning the following Monday around August 31. Students were to be temporarily relocated to an interim space. I know you’re thinking “how appropriate,” but the real story here isn’t Obama, or the mold and hazardous conditions, but the real story is the fact that city leadership has squandered money on removing statues, promoting trans and LGBTQ agendas and supporting rioters and hoodlums, while pulling money from other essential services and needs.
Besides defunding the police, the same Marxist Democrat leaders cared not for the children in the city of Richmond. The public school system here is poor already, and the fact is that many of them are quite mature. These schools should be routinely maintained and tested for hazardous conditions, such as mold. This is a city that has had a Democrat mayor every single term since 1870, with the exception of one Republican in the 1970s. there’s no one to blame, but the Democrats for the horrendous conditions of not just the school but many other schools scattered throughout the area.
A few comments like this were puzzling -
Either Abdul is flat-out gaslighting about how his Medicare for All takeover would work (government telling you what type of healthcare you get)
Or … he’s just this dumb on policy?
Do not be deceived... a vote to "keep the same tax rate as last year"... is a vote to RAISE PROPERTY TAXES if appraised values have gone up, which they have!!
I will keep exposing the lies... and continue fighting to ELIMINATE PROPERTY TAXES!!
In the comments I explain how "keeping the same rate as last year" actually translates to a 12.05% TAX INCREASE, as proposed in Ellis County Judge John Wray's budget, along with a link to the URL where you can see it for yourself.
Justice Clarence Thomas choked up on stage as he revealed the vow he made when both his grandparents died suddenly in 1983: to live the rest of his life as a memorial to theirs.
Thomas, abandoned by his father at age seven, was raised by his maternal grandparents in segregated Savannah, Georgia. His grandfather Myers Anderson — raised by a freed slave — had only nine months of formal education. His grandmother Christine made it to the sixth grade. Yet education was their "crown jewel," and self-reliance was the only philosophy they preached.
Thomas said his grandfather's favorite response when young Clarence said he couldn't do something: "Old man can't is dead. I helped bury him."
